With Analytics, we want to give our users full control and track each step of the recruitment process. By gaining complete insight and reports on all parts of your recruitment, you will be able to target your bets right and see how the team works together.

Your Analytics dashboard are set up in four blocks; Audience, Recruitment, Team, Employee. You will also see the Reports tab to the left and you can easily go to the different pages that you want to see the Analytics for.

Audience - See where your candidates came from

- Get an overview of how long your recruiting process is

Employee - Activity from employees, like referrals

By default you will see the last 30 days analytics. You can change date and choose a job ad to see analytics for in the top to the right under filter.

Audience

Career visitors: See how many visits and pageviews that you got during the time period you have chosen. Under applications you can see how many applications you got during a specific day, and you can also see who the candidate is by clicking on the number.

Top sources: Get an overview of where the visitors and candidates got to your career page/ job ads. By clicking on the numbers you can see who the candidates are.

Devices: See which the most common devices are among your candidates.

Candidates applied: Get an overview of how many candidates have applied during your chosen time period.

Top promotions: See which your top channels are and use this information for your next job ad to get most out of your promotions.

Demographics: See your statistics divided between men and women. You'll get a clearer view on your candidates. It also gives you a chance to see who your career site attracts so you can make adjustments.

Visits
- How many visits you have on your site
Pageviews
- Here can you see how many pages your visitors have visited.
Applications
- How many candidates has applied for a job opening

Recruitment

Hired: See the statistics over your hired candidates, from which job to how long the recruitment took. 

Time to hire: Shows a clearer insight on how long your recruitment takes. Follow up with how long the candidates were in inbox and in process until hired. 

Time to reject: See how long it takes for you to reject your candidates. From applying to a job until you have sent them a rejection email. 

Time in inbox: Follow up with how long time your candidates are in inbox before they are handled and moved to another step or been rejected. 

Latest hires: Shows the latest hires that time period that you have chosen to show in your filter.

Team

Team activity:  Shows all the team activity and by which employee an activity has been performed. 

Active employees: See your fellow employees activity, all from how many candidates someone has sourced to the tool to how many they have rejected. 

Most active: Here you can find out who has been the most active in your tool measured in actions, such as sourced candidates and number of notes.

Employee

Referrals: Shows the number of referrals by your employees during the selected period.
