Hiring is a team effort! Involving your co-workers makes recruiting easy and fun. Your co-workers will feel appreciated and have a greater engagement in your company.

Invite your colleagues in the Employees section then Add Employees. Choose what permissions you want to give the employee and then fill in all their information or just their name and email adress.

The user can't login. Receives notifications when jobs are published.
 
User
The user can be a part of Hiring Teams and update their personal profile visible on your Career Site.

Designer
Update content and settings for Career Site and update their personal profile visible on your Career Site.

Recruiter
Create new jobs and invite users to Hiring Teams. Recruiters are only able to access their own jobs. They can also update their personal profile visible on your Career Site.
 
Admin
Can access everything, including settings and site editor.
