# Co-pilot: Meeting insights

A Company Admin user needs to activate Co-pilot in the [Add-on feature center](https://support.teamtailor.com/en/articles/3825410-add-on-features) to get started.

Once activated, the *Meeting insights* feature can be toggled on/off under **Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Meetings and feedback**.

Note that the meeting needs to be recorded using the [Recordable video meetings](https://support.teamtailor.com/en/articles/8407926-recordable-video-meetings) feature.

# Record meeting

After [recording a meeting](https://support.teamtailor.com/en/articles/8407926-recordable-meetings) with any of our supported video meeting services, or using the [Teamtailor mobile app for a physical meeting](https://support.teamtailor.com/en/articles/10711160-record-and-transcribe-physical-meetings), you can access meeting statistics, summaries, and an enhanced viewing experience with transcripts and chapters.

**External video services**

For video meetings using an external video service, Co-pilot will join the meeting as an **AI meeting assistant** if *Save video recording* is enabled when booking the meeting.

Video recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days unless *Save video recording* is enabled. Transcripts and summaries remain available after the video is deleted.

# Meeting details

On the candidate card, you’ll find all meetings with the candidate under the **Meetings** section. Select a meeting to view its details and delete its recording or transcript if needed.

# View a summary and replay

Co-pilot will first provide a quick summary available directly in the meeting overview.

By clicking **View summary and replay** underneath, you’ll open a more detailed view of the meeting. The summary and replay are generated the first time you open this view, so it may take a moment to load.

## Quick stats

This section will provide some overall stats, including the following:

- **Most discussed topics**: Top 5 main topics talked about during the meeting

- **Speaking percentage**: Percentage of time speaking by the participants of the meeting

- **Team questions**: Number of questions asked by the user participants during the meeting

- **Candidate questions**: Number of questions asked by the candidate during the meeting

The topics will be presented in the company's default language selected under **Settings → Company → General**.

## Summary

A summary in different formats will be available in this section:

- **Short summary:** A brief overview of the meeting (max. 200 words)

- **In-depth summary:** A complete summary of the meeting with all details

- **Questions and answers:** A short overview followed by all questions and answers from the meeting

By hovering over a summary, it can be edited if needed.

The meeting summaries and questions/answers will be written in the company's default language selected under **Settings → Company → General**.

## Video

Watch the recorded meeting at your preferred speed and format. Below the video, you will also find the following sections:

- **Chapters**: Click to view a specific part of the meeting and access a short summary of this chapter

- **Transcript**: View and download a full transcript of the meeting from each participant as text or JSON.

- **Meeting chat**: A summary of all communication from the chat inside the meeting

The transcript of the video meeting will be provided in the language spoken during the meeting. For example, if an interview is conducted in Spanish, the transcript will also be in Spanish.

# Meeting insights

Within each job, you will find a **Meeting insights** tab to discover patterns across meetings analyzed by Co-pilot. Use these insights to identify gaps in your job ad or career site and help users prepare for the questions candidates commonly ask.

You will find the following insights on this page:

- **Top stats:** The number of analyzed interviews, the average number of candidate questions per interview, and average interview kit coverage

- **Common candidate questions:** Similar questions grouped across interviews, with answers and links to the original interviews. Filter by theme, such as compensation, team, or recruitment process

- **Interview kit coverage:** See how closely interviewers follow each interview kit

- **Most discussed topics:** Discover which topics come up most often across interviews for the job
