Whenever one of your team members checks in to your office, they are reminded to read your Check-in Policy when checking in.

Add/edit your check-in policy

Easily enough, you add and edit your check-in policy in the same place. One of your account admins logs in to the Spacetailor app, clicks on the menu in the bottom left corner. Here, go to Manage company→Edit check-in policy. This is where you add and edit the policy you want to use for your account.
