# Co-pilot: AI features overview

Co-pilot is a set of features in Teamtailor that helps you with your daily recruiting tasks. You're still the captain, but now you have a co-pilot helping you make better recruiting decisions. Powered by OpenAI's GPT AI models, it offers the same technology that powers [ChatGPT](https://chat.openai.com/).

A Company Admin user needs to activate this feature in the [Add-on feature center](https://support.teamtailor.com/en/articles/3825410-add-on-features) to get started
