Whether you are responsible for onboarding Teamtailor to a company with 10 or 1000 employees, we will help you along the way. Teamtailor is easy to set up, and if you follow these steps you'll be on top of your recruitment game in a heartbeat.
Set the structure of your company
Start with your Settings tab. It's important to do this step in order to make sure you get the most out of Teamtailor. If you set up your departments and locations properly straight away, you'll enjoy Connect even more. Here's an example of how you can set it up:
Sales & Marketing
Roles: Sales rep, Marketing Assistant, Marketing Manager
Roles: Web developer, Designer
Finance Manager, Finance Assistant
Create your Career site and campaign pages
Click Content to create or edit your career site or campaign pages.
Career Site: Click on 'career site' to start editing. Start from the top and add text, images, videos and GIFs. Note that you can add as little or as much as you like. You can always add more later!
Campaign Pages: From 'Content', click on the 'plus' to create a page to promote a department, job or a city to a target group.

Invite your colleagues
Who should be invited to recruit with you? There's no limit to how many you can invite, so go wild! Choose which access the people you invite you have. Should they be an admin or a user that can be invited to hiring teams? Read more about the different options.
Tip: If you want to invite a lot of people you can always click "Bulk add employees" and add all of them at the same time.
Connect your calendar
With the calendar you will be able to see your colleagues' availability, send suggestions to candidates and let them choose the perfect time. If you prefer to, you can also just use it as a normal calendar.

Set up your domain 🎉
Wow! The time has come to change the url and make it your own. This means that you for example can have the URL careers. yourcompany. com.
Share this link with your webmaster, all the info they need is there. And don't worry, this only takes a few minutes.
There are a couple of integrations that are available for you and your team. These are optional, pick and choose which ones you would like to use.
- Keep track of your visitors with Google Analytics
- Stay updated with Slack
- Source candidates with the Chrome extension
- Activate your Facebook app
- Add your own Facebook Pixel
- Display your jobs with the Career button widget, or integrate the jobs on a web page with the job list widget
