A Company Admin user needs to activate Co-pilot in the Add-on feature center to get started.
Once activated, the Rejection email drafts feature can be toggled on/off under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Meetings and feedback.
When rejecting a candidate’s job application, you have the option to help Co-pilot draft a reject message for you.
Co-pilot will use the following information:
From the job application:
Candidate name
Previous messages with the candidate
Job ad title
Scores from skills & traits
(Co-pilot won’t mention actual scores, but may say something like “Your communication skills were good, but your sales experience was a bit low for us.”)Meetings
(e.g., “Your interview with James and Anne was great…”)The stage at which the candidate's job application is being rejected
From the reject modal:
Reject message template
Reject reason
Placeholders
You can edit the draft like any other message before sending it. Clicking the Draft with Co-pilot button again will clear the current draft and generate a new one.
Co-pilot will generate the reject message based on the language from the previous messages sent to the candidate.
In scenarios where no messages have yet to be sent to the candidate, Co-pilot will use the chosen job ad language of the job the candidate last applied for.
