The Support Center gives you access to our product documentation, designed to help you learn, explore, and get the most out of the platform. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to deepen your knowledge, you’ll find step-by-step guides, how-tos, and best practices all in one place.
Tickets Portal
The Tickets Portal gives you a clear overview of all your escalation tickets created by the Support team, and helps you stay informed without needing to request updates.
It allows you to:
View and manage ongoing and past tickets
Check the current status of each request
Follow progress on escalations
Access all updates in one place
This includes tickets related to integrations (e.g. Channel or Partner integrations) and technical support (e.g. API, SSL, or SSO).
Access your tickets
You can access the Tickets Portal and the tickets connected to your user account in two ways:
From the Support chat: Open the chat widget and click on Tickets. From there, you can open your tickets or head over to the Ticket portal to see any tickets submitted by others at your company.
From the Support center: Visit https://support.teamtailor.com/en/tickets-portal and log in to view your tickets
For each ticket, you’ll be able to view:
Ticket title and description
Current status
Automatic updates from our Support Team
When the ticket was created or last updated
You can open any ticket to see more details and follow its progress.
Tickets created before February 16, 2026 will only appear if they have been shared with you. From this date onward, tickets are shared by default and will automatically appear in the portal.
Why can't I see the chat widget?
The support chat icon is easily accessible in the bottom-right corner when logged in to your Teamtailor account.
If you can't see the support chat, it might be because you haven't accepted the Functional cookies in the app. These are required for the chat service (Intercom) to work. To ensure this is working, follow these steps:
Log in to Teamtailor and click Your account in the user menu in the top-right corner.
Under the Settings section, scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and click Cookie preferences.
In the pop-up window click on Settings to display the different cookies.
Ensure the functional cookies are enabled and click Accept selected.
If the functional cookies are already enabled, it might be something in your browser that is blocking the chat. Please reach out to us in the support team via support@teamtailor.com, and we'll help you from there!
