Start the Contractbook document signing progress within Teamtailor and stay posted about the progress

What does the integration do?

This integration allows you to connect your Contractbook and your Teamtailor platforms. This means you will be able to activate a Contractbook document creation from within your Teamtailor platform and it will be sent to the participants that should sign it. You can also see a status update of the signing progress in Teamtailor.


How to get started

  1. Start with activating Contractbook in your Teamtailor Marketplace.

  2. In order to set up the integration between both systems, you will need an API Key from Contractbook (see here how).

  3. Once you have received it, you can head to your Teamtailor platform -> Settings -> Marketplace activations -> Contractbook. Here you can add the API Key and also the email address of the owner of your Contractbook platform.
    As always, don't forget to click "update".

You have now connected your systems and can continue with activating the integration.


How to use the integration

Our integration with Contractbook works two ways, via a trigger or manually for an individual candidate.

How to use the trigger method:

Adding a trigger means that you can automate the process of activating the integration for any candidate moved to a specific stage of your job process.

Once you have activated triggers in your platform, you will be able to find a new trigger called "Send Contractbook webhook" that you can add to any stage. When setting this up, you can add some first settings:

As soon as a candidate is moved to this stage, the information will be sent to Contractbook.

How to send a candidate without a trigger

Head to a candidate that you want to send to Contractbook. In the candidate card you can click on "More" on the bottom of the card and then "Add integrations":

Select "Contractbook" and set up how the candidate should be sent.

What happens next?

If you chose to send the candidate via trigger or directly from the card, now the candidate information will be sent to Contractbook and a document will be created in Contractbook.


The candidate will receive the document via email to be able to sign it electronically.


The document status in Teamtailor will be updated as the signing workflow progresses. 🎉


What data is transferred?

Once the Contractbook integration is used the following information will be transferred between Teamtailor and Contractbook:

Candidate information:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Address

Document details:

  • Teamplate ID

  • Document name

  • Signing options

Other:

  • Any custom fields (requires matching API names)
