Seamlessly assess your candidates in Teamtailor with our Assessio integration, ensuring data-driven hiring decisions with ease.

This integration has been developed by Assessio. Contact their Suppport team at support@assessio.com for help.

Get started

To use this integration you must have an agreement with Assessio. With this in place, head over to our Marketplace and activate the integration there.

Once this is activated, an integration key will be generated which you then hand over to your point of contact at Assessio.

Set up workflow in Teamtailor

Once the generated integration key has been added to your Assessio account, the integration has been completed.

It is now time to set up the workflow in Teamtailor using Triggers.

To add the trigger, click on the trigger wand at the top and + Add trigger on the stage where you want the assessment to be sent and choose Send Assessio webhook.

Here, select which Recruitment Lens and Locale to use.
You can also enable the candidate to be moved automatically once the assessment is completed or if they reach a specific score.

Now, every time a candidate is moved into this stage, the assessment will be automatically sent to them.

Noteworthy information

Assessio requires a first and last name on the candidate card in order to be able to send out the assessment, if not, this will result in an error. To make this easier, make sure to make the name mandatory in the recruitment process application form, where the integration will be used.

Pro tip!
To avoid any confusion from your candidates, let them know they will receive the assessment before you send it. You can easily automate this by setting up a Send message trigger in the same stage with an email informing them that a test email is on the way. Then, you can add a small delay to the assessment trigger under Additional options, like this:

This means that when you drag a candidate into the stage in question, the email is sent as a heads-up before the actual assessment is sent.

Candidate results

When the test is triggered, you will be able to track this right on the candidate card under the section Assessio. As soon as the candidate completed the assessment, you'll see the status going from SentCompleted, and be able to access a more detailed report under More.

When looking at the overview of the recruitment process, you'll immediately see the results of candidates that took the test, as displayed in the picture just below ↓
