By activating the Evalart integration, you'll be able to add triggers that automatically send assessments to candidates.

Evalart is an online pre-employment assessment platform that allows you to assess

candidates in your recruiting processes using a large library of tests. Tests cover areas such as psychometric assessment, logical reasoning, programming, knowledge of IT, languages, and knowledge in various areas.

Evalart can be integrated with Teamtailor, allowing you to select and send tests to your candidates directly from Teamtailor, and also view the results there. You can still access your Evalart account directly for more advanced options, such as creating or customizing tests.

To enable the integration between Evalart and Teamtailor, you connect your existing Evalart account to Teamtailor through our Marketplace page. Head over to the marketplace in the Teamtailor application, search for Evalart, and click Activate.

​Step 1. Activate Evalart in the marketplace of the Teamtailor application

You will be redirected to the activations page in your settings where you can add your Evalart integration key. In case the Teamtailor application shows a default key, make sure to replace the key with your Evalart key.

To find your Evalart integration key (API key) you can follow the steps below.

Step 3: From the user menu, select the "API Key Setup" option

Step 4: Select the “New” option

Step 5: Get the API key for TeamTailor from here

Now the integration is activated you can head over to one of your jobs in Teamtailor. From the applications view, you should click on the Triggers symbol (1).

Select the stage from which you want the transfer to trigger by clicking the ➕ (2) in that stage. Candidates that are moved to this stage will be automatically send an email to the assessment.

Select Evalart Assessments to add the trigger.

The integrations allows you to select the assessments that should be send to the candidate. When you’re done with the trigger setup, click Add Trigger.

Every time a candidate reaches the selected stage, the assessments will be created in Evalart and an email invitation will be send to the candidate. Once all the tests have been completed Evalart will send the results back to Teamtailor.
