We make every effort to keep our candidates and users safe, which is why we scan all uploaded files for viruses. You will most likely not even notice this feature, but rest assured, it’s scanning every candidate file behind the scenes.
Detected virus
If the system detects suspicious content, you’ll see a red exclamation mark on the file. This means the file may be infected and could harm your computer. Below, you can see the difference between a safe file and an infected file.
If you still want to view the document, click the infected file and confirm by selecting I understand, download anyway. The file will then be downloaded at your own risk.
How it works
Each uploaded file is stored on our servers, and the virus scan automatically begins as soon as the upload is complete. The AntiVirus Scan is powered by the well-established software Clam AntiVirus, ensuring a secure recruitment process for you and your team.
Once the scan is complete, if any suspicious content is detected, the file is flagged and marked with a red exclamation mark.
⚠ Important
Any file (including PDFs) containing macros or JavaScript will be marked as infected for security reasons.
