By activating our integration with Arctic Shores, you will be able to add triggers that automatically send tests to your candidates. The tests available to be sent can be configured by contacting Arctic Shores or through your Data Hub. Once a candidate has completed the assessments, you can then see their results right on the candidate card in Teamtailor.

Getting started

To enable the integration, you first have to connect your Arctic Shores user integration account through our Marketplace page. To obtain a user integration account, please reach out to your Arctic Shores project manager or main point of contact with the email address you would like to use for authentication purposes. Please note that this email address has to be different from any email address that is, or will be used to login to the Arctic Shores platform.

Once you have your user integration account, you can then go to the Marketplace, click on the Arctic Shores card and press Activate. You will then be taken to your Settings/Arctic-Shores page within Teamtailor where you can place your Data Hub username and password.

Once your username and password has been saved by clicking Finish Installation, your integration between Teamtailor and Arctic Shores is complete!

Set up the workflow on Teamtailor

You can set up the Arctic Shores trigger and send candidates your chosen test suite automatically when a candidate card reaches the chosen stage.

To add a trigger:

Now every time you move a candidate to this stage, it will tell Arctic Shores to send your chosen assessment to the candidate. If you would like to add more than one assessment, please create another trigger with a different test selected.

You will also see on the candidates card in Teamtailor now has a status of "Sent" under the name Arctic Shores.

Once the candidate has completed the assessment, on the candidate card under Arctic Shores, you will now see a status of Completed with their Fit score out of 100. You will also be able to:

Q: Can I filter candidates on a Job by assessment scores?

A: Yes. Teamtailor has introduced a new filter option on Job cards to filter through candidates based on their assessment scores. However, since we can only filter by one score per assessment, for the Arctic Shores integration this will filter by Fit score.

Q: How come I can't see any tests available when I create a trigger?

A: Make sure you have set up the assessments with Arctic Shores before activating the trigger.

Q: If a candidate says they don't receive an email with the tests or if no link is provided to take the assessments.

A: Ask candidates to confirm it hasn't been directed to their spam folder. If not try activating the trigger again. Otherwise contact our team with the candidates details.
