Co-pilot: Job description drafts

Create job descriptions faster with automatic drafting based on role requirements

Updated this week

A Company Admin user needs to activate Co-pilot in the Add-on feature center to get started.

Once activated, the Job description drafts feature can be toggled on/off under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Content creation.

Draft a job description

Co-pilot helps you quickly create a job description by simply entering your job ad title. When creating/editing a job, you’ll find the Co-pilot button in the job description section.

Draft with Co-pilot

When clicking the Draft with Co-pilot option, the text will be generated based on the job ad title, the writing style from other job ad descriptions in your account, and the selected skills and traits in the Evaluation step.

After the text has been generated, you can select parts or the whole text and make tweaks such as:

  • Fix the spelling of the text

  • Change the tone of the text

  • Make the text shorter

  • Make the text longer

Use custom prompt

If you select Use custom prompt you will be able to give custom instructions on how you would like Co-pilot to edit the text. It could, for eg, be making the text more inclusive or translating it.

Draft a job pitch

Once you’ve added a job description, either manually or with Co-pilot, you’ll unlock the option to draft a job pitch based on that description.

The job pitch is a short text displayed at the very top of your ad to engage the candidates to read your full job ad.

If you are using Career sites in multiple languages it will generate the job description and pitch based on the chosen job ad language in the job.

If not, it will use the company's career site language chosen under Settings → Content → Career site.
