A Company Admin user needs to activate Co-pilot in the Add-on feature center to get started.
Once activated, the Meeting insights feature can be toggled on/off under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Meetings and feedback.
Note that the meeting needs to be recorded using the Recordable video meetings feature.
Record meeting
After recording a meeting with any of our supported video meeting services, or using the Teamtailor mobile app in a physical meeting. You will be able to access statistics, summaries, and an enhanced viewing experience with transcripts and chapters.
Meeting details
On the candidate card, under the Meetings section, you will find all meetings with the candidate. Here you will find general meeting details and also where you can delete the recording or transcript if needed.
View summary and replay
Co-pilot will start by providing a quick summary available directly in the meeting overview.
By clicking the View summary and replay button available underneath, you will access a view with more details about the meeting.
Quick stats
This section will provide some overall stats, including the following:
Speaking percentage: Percentage of time speaking by the participants of the meeting
Team questions: Number of questions asked by the user participants during the meeting
Candidate questions: Number of questions asked by the candidate during the meeting
Most discussed topics: Top 5 main topics talked about during the meeting
Summary
A summary in different formats will be available in this section:
Short summary: A brief overview of the meeting (max. 200 words)
In-depth summary: A complete summary of the meeting with all details
Questions & answers: A short overview followed by all questions and answers from the meeting
By hovering over a summary, it can be edited if needed.
The meeting summaries will be written in the company's default language selected under Settings → Company → General. For example, if English is chosen as the default, the summary will also be in English.
Video
Watch the recorded meeting at your preferred speed and format. Below the video, you will also find the following sections:
Chapters: Click to view a specific part of the meeting and access a short summary of this chapter
Transcript: See and download a full transcript of the meeting from each participant
Meeting chat: A summary of all communication from the chat inside the meeting
The transcript of the video meeting will be provided in the language spoken during the meeting. For example, if an interview is conducted in Spanish, the transcript will also be in Spanish.
