A Company Admin user needs to activate Co-pilot in the Add-on feature center to get started.
Once activated, the Application question suggestions feature can be toggled on/off under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Interview preparation.
Based on the job ad, Co-pilot can help you suggest questions to use in the application form.
Under the Application step in the job editing mode, you’ll find the Suggest questions option in the Questions section.
Co-pilot will suggest relevant questions by either selecting from preexisting ones in your account or generating new ones. Each time you click the button, five suggested questions are added. You can then choose which of these questions you want to use.
Please note that the questions are not saved until you save the job.
If you are using Career sites in multiple languages it will generate the suggested questions based on the chosen job ad language in the job.
If not, it will use the company's career site language chosen under Settings → Content → Career site.
