With the Jobs report in Analytics, you will access an overview of job activity and performance for a selected time period.
To access the report, go to Analytics and navigate to the Jobs tab.
My jobs
This section will display the three latest published jobs for which you are a part of the hiring team. Here you will be presented with the number of visits and applications during the selected period.
Jobs
This section provides a clear overview of all jobs (excluding those with status Draft and Pending) and their performance during the selected time period.
It helps track key metrics, offering insight into how each job has performed and supporting data-driven decisions.
Item | Description |
Job title | The name of the job. |
Sessions | A session represents a single visit to our website and ends after two hours of inactivity. We group related page views using signals such as timing and traffic source to reflect a visitor’s journey across the site. |
Applications | The number of visitors who submitted an application during their visit. |
Rejects | The number of job applications rejected for the job. |
Hires | The number of candidates hired for the job. |
Clicking on a job from the list will open its specific Jobs report.
