In the Recruitment section of Analytics, you can deep dive into your hiring processes.
Track key metrics like hires, meetings, and candidate progression all visualized in interactive funnels that highlight movement and drop-offs. Analyze rejection reasons and candidate NPS to identify trends and improve decision-making.
In this article, you can get familiar with all the different reports available.
Pipeline overview
With the Pipeline overview report, you can track candidates journey through the recruitment process.
At the top of the report, you'll see the total number of candidates who applied, were sourced into the platform, hired, and the number of applications that were rejected during the selected time period.
Below that, you’ll find a daily snapshot of your pipeline, showing where each candidate was at 2:00 AM CET. This generates a report that shows the number of candidates in each stage type on any given day within the selected time period.
This data is also available in a table at the bottom, where you can toggle on the Stage breakdown to see the exact stages candidates were in on each day.
Pipeline speed
When it comes to recruiting, time is of the essence. The Pipeline Speed report gives you an overview of the time spent at each step of the recruitment process.
Highlighted at the top of the report, you’ll see the average number of days until a candidate was hired, as well as the average number of days until an application was rejected during the selected time period.
In the graph below, you will see the time a candidate spent on average in each stage type of the recruitment process. Use this data to identify bottlenecks and ensure your recruitment process is as efficient as possible.
To fully understand what’s slowing down your process or what’s working well, you can explore the data table further down. It displays stage speed by stage type, or by toggling on the Stage breakdown, you can view the speed for each specific stage.
Pipeline conversion
By understanding your Pipeline conversion report, you gain insight into how candidates progress and where they drop off through your recruitment process.
The report displays a funnel showing candidate movement across different stage types, highlighting points of drop-off.
Note! This report uses cohort-based date filters, meaning it includes only candidates who applied or were sourced within the selected date range.
You’ll be able to track their progress through the recruitment process up to the present day. Candidates added outside of these dates are excluded from the report.
In the data table below the funnel, you will see detailed information regarding the conversation and movement of the candidates.

Hires
In the Hires report, you’ll see how many candidates you’ve hired during the selected period, along with related data. A hired candidate is someone you’ve moved to the Hired stage in the recruitment process. The hire is counted based on the date the candidate was moved to this stage.

Finally, you can dive deeper into the Time to hire metric. If you’re using our Quality of Hire feature, those evaluations will also be displayed in this report.
