The integration with ADP Workforce Now is available for customers in North-America. Soon we're also launching an integration for customers in Canada!
Getting started in ADP
Depending on your situation Teamtailor offers different ways of activating the ADP Workforce Now integration. Note that after the activation phase is completed the integration works the same regardless of activation method.
First: Region based
We offer the ADP Workforce Now integration in North America. Soon we're also launching support for Canada. Depending on your region you will need to activate the integration from the corresponding ADP Marketplace.

In the Teamtailor marketplace you will also need to select the correct version (North America or Canada).
Second: Customer based
For existing Teamtailor customers that also use ADP Workforce Now we offer the CONNECTOR integration.

Activating the CONNECTOR integration (NA and CA)
You start by creating an API key in Teamtailor with Admin read/write scope. Only admins have access to create API keys in Teamtailor, read more about that in this support article.
After creating the Teamtailor API key you navigate to the ADP marketplace to purchase the ADP Workforce Now x Teamtailor Connector. During the purchase you will be prompted to provide the API key (click 'edit' where it says 'Teamtailor requires additional information').
After the purchase is completed you will see a confirmation screen. You will also receive two emails:

To continue the activation process you need to provide consent for Teamtailor to access your company's ADP data. To provide consent you either click the blue 'manage consent' button in the confirmation screen, or you do it via the email you receive from ADP. You will be redirected to the ADP Consent Manager.
Click 'manage' and accept. The Teamtailor Connector integration will be added to your allowed authorizations.
Back in your ADP marketplace account you can now navigate to 'My apps'. You will see the Teamtailor Connector app activated and ready to go.
Now this part of the activation is completed you can move to the preparation in Teamtailor.
Manage App and Assign Users
If you click the app tile it will open Teamtailor, which will automatically sign you in using SSO. Or you stay in ADP and hover over the app tile, and click on the settings symbol so see two options:

Clicking "Manage App" will open the general menu. In this menu you can update the subscription, see the order history and also start assigning users.
Clicking 'Assign Users' will allow your to assign / unassign ADP users to the integration. Note that the account of the Purchaser will be automatically assigned to the ADP Connector app as company admin.

Once your purchase of Teamtailor is completed, and your Teamtailor platform is created, we can proceed to activate the ADP Workforce Now integration.

In your ADP marketplace account you now see the "in progress" Core app
Once your contract with Teamtailor is signed our team can make the integration available on your ADP Workforce Now account.
How to update subscriptions
In the "Manage App" menu you go to the "update subscription" tab. Here you can select a different subscription and complete the process.
Getting started in Teamtailor
To activate the integration, navigate to the marketplace - accessible from any page within your Teamtailor dashboard, by clicking on your company name at the top right corner.
Inside the Marketplace, locate the ADP Workforce North America or Canada card by either searching for it directly in the search bar, or navigating through our categories. Once you have clicked on the "Activate"-button, you will go through the activation process.
A pop-up will prompt you to log in to you ADP account to authorize the connection between Teamtailor and ADP. Note, if you are already logged in to ADP, the authorization will proceed automatically.
Setting up the trigger in Teamtailor
Now the integration is activated you will be able to add "triggers" to your jobs that allow you to automatically transfer the candidate data to ADP Workforce Now. There are two ways to use the integration inside Teamtailor.
Automated Triggers
Open any job you wish to add the ADP Workforce Now trigger to, click on the Triggers symbol (1). Then select the stage from which you want the transfer to trigger by clicking the ➕ (2) in that stage and select the 'Send ADP Workforce Now webhook'.In the pop-up page that appears you add the Onboarding Template and Payroll Group you like to use for this job / candidate. The drop down values are fetched from your ADP Workforce Now account.
Once the trigger has been added to the stage, any candidate that is moved to the stage containing this trigger, will be transferred to the Hire/Rehire process in ADP Workforce Now to start Onboarding.
Manual trigger of integration
In some cases, you might want to trigger the integration, without moving the candidate between stages in your job process, eliminating the need of a trigger in this case.
To do so, while viewing any candidate - click on these three dots and then select the option, "Add integrations". Select the ADP Workforce Now icon to proceed - and then the "Send Webhook"-button to confirm.
The candidate in ADP
In ADP Workforce Now you can open the Hire process (Process > HR > Hire/Rehire > New Hire > In-progress Hires).
From here the process depends on the selected Onboarding Template.
