We're currently rolling out improvements to the job creation setup. As the update is being introduced gradually, your experience may differ from what's described in this article.

A Company Admin user needs to activate Co-pilot in the Add-on feature center to get started.
Once activated, the Content editor assistant feature can be toggled on/off under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Content creation.
Co-pilot can help you write and improve content directly in the Career site and Job ad editors. Use this feature to help fix spelling and grammar, adjust the tone, shorten or expand existing text, or create new content using your own instructions.
Editing options
Select part of your text or the entire text to see the available editing options.
Fix spelling: Corrects spelling and grammar.
Change tone: Adjusts the tone to Professional, Casual, Straightforward, Confident, or Friendly.
Make shorter: Shortens your text while keeping the same meaning.
Make longer: Expands your text while keeping the same meaning.
Use custom prompts
Select Use custom prompt to tell Co-pilot how you want it to edit or create text. For example, you can ask it to make your text more inclusive, translate it into another language, or turn it into a bullet list.
You can also use custom prompts without selecting any text. Place your cursor where you want the new text to appear, and Co-pilot will generate content there. If the editor is empty, Co-pilot will create a first draft of around 200 words unless you specify a different length.
Custom prompts can contain up to 500 characters.
In the Career site editor
You can use the feature to write and edit content directly in the Career site editor. Click a text box to access the available options for editing existing text or generating new content.
In the Job ad editor
When configuring a job ad, you will be able to access this feature in the Job description section. Select the text you want to change to access the available editing options, or place your cursor where you want to add new content and use a custom prompt to generate text.
Co-pilot can also help you draft a job ad description or pitch from scratch. Learn more about that feature in the article here.
