As you design your career site in Content, you can save and preview changes. This allows you to work on content, collaborate with colleagues, and review updates before publishing them.

Save changes

When adding or editing content, you’ll be prompted to save your changes. These updates will appear in the editor but won’t be visible on the career site until published.

Preview changes

All updates you make will be shown in your editor in Content, but can also be previewed on a version of your career site. To access the preview, click the three dots at the bottom of the page and select Preview page.

To view the live version of your career site (the one your visitors see), select the option Visit page.

Publish changes

Whenever you make an update and hit save, your changes remain unpublished until you're ready. An unpublished change will be marked with a small pink circle on the page or block.

While on a page, you can publish your changes, and that’s when they will be visible externally on your career site.

On the Content overview, a banner will appear at the bottom, indicating all modifications made on any page.

By clicking Review and Publish, you can see exactly what’s been modified, choose which pages to update, and even view specific changes by clicking the View → button. Select the updates you want to publish, or choose Publish All to apply all changes.

Discard changes

If you’ve changed your mind about an update, you can discard the page changes. Simply go to the page in question (easily accessed by clicking View → in the publish change window in the Content overview). Then, click the three dots in the bottom-right corner and select Discard page changes.
