By activating our integration with SkillPanel, you will be able to add triggers that automatically send tests to your candidates. The tests available to send can be configured within your SkillPanel account. Once a candidate has completed the assessments, you can then see their results right on the candidate card in Teamtailor.
Getting started
To enable the integration, first connect your existing SkillPanel account via our Marketplace. You can find it under Partners →Assessment or by using the search bar.
Click on the SkillPanel card and select Activate. You will then be redirected to Settings → SkillPanel in Teamtailor, where you can enter your SkillPanel API key.
Once your API key has been added to Teamtailor, please contact our support to get the URL to add to your SkillPanel account under Settings → Integrations →API access.
Then press ADD WEBHOOK, enter the URL, and set the API version to V2.
Set up the workflow on Teamtailor
You can set up the SkillPanel trigger and send candidates your chosen test suite automatically when a candidate card reaches the chosen stage.
To add a trigger:
Open the job where you'd like to send out the test.
Activate Triggers by clicking the 🪄 icon in the top-right corner.
Click + Add Trigger at the stage in question.
Select SkillPanel.
Set up the trigger by selecting:
Test (mandatory)
Days to complete the test (mandatory)
Automatically move candidates based on score (optional)
Now, each time you move a candidate to a stage with the trigger, SkillPanel will send the selected test automatically. To send multiple tests, create a new separate trigger for each one.
On the Teamtailor candidate card, you will also find a new section named SkillPanel, where you can see the current status. Here, you'll see the 'Sent' status once the test is delivered.
And after the candidate completes the test, the status will update to 'Completed' and display their score.

Yes, you can filter candidates both within a specific job and in the candidates tab based on their score. You should find the option under the section Partner results.

We can only fetch the tests that have already been created in SkillPanel before the trigger is set up. See here for further details.

Ask the candidate to check their spam folder. If they don’t find it, try activating the trigger manually again. If it still doesn’t work, contact SkillPanel through your application and provide the candidate’s details.
A trigger will only run once per candidate. If it appears on the candidate as sent, you can instead manually trigger SkillPanel again directly in the candidate card by clicking on More in the action bar → Add integrations → SkillPanel:
