By enabling the integration with Refty, you will be able to send assessments and reference checks to your candidates within Teamtailor, through triggers in your jobs stages.

Getting started

To enable the integration between Refty and Teamtailor, you have to activate it from our Marketplace page. Head over to Marketplace→Refty and click Activate.

You will then be taken to your Settings/Refty page within Teamtailor. Copy your Integration key, select an admin read-write API key, and click Finish Installation.

In Refty, open the Integrations page. Click Connect on the Teamtailor integration, and paste your Integration key. Click Save and that's it, you're connected!

Set up the trigger in Teamtailor

You can set up the Refty trigger to send assessments or reference checks automatically to each candidate that reaches it.

To add the trigger, go to the stage where you want the event to happen. There, click the Trigger wand (1) and add it to the stage you want by clicking ✚ Add trigger (2).

Click on the Refty trigger. Select the sequence and step you want to launch at this stage, the language you want us to use with the candidates, and click Add trigger. From now on, any candidate reaching that stage into Teamtailor will be added to your Refty sequence and contacted for the step you've chosen!
