By activating our integration with PerformanSe, you will be able to add triggers that automatically send tests to your candidates. The tests available to be sent can be configured in your PerformanSe account by creating campaigns. Once a candidate has completed the assessments within PerformanSe, you will see the available reports on the candidate card in Teamtailor.
To enable the integration, you first have to retrieve a ClientID and Client Secret from PerformanSe. The best way to do this would be to use your chat box on the bottom right of your screen when logged in to your PerformanSe account.
Once you have the ClientID and Client Secret, head over to our Marketplace page, click on the PerformanSe card and press Activate. You will then be taken to your Settings/Marketplace Activation page within Teamtailor, where you can place your PerformanSe details and select a Teamtailor API Key with Admin/Read access.
Note: If you haven't already set up a Teamtailor API Key, please head to your Settings/Api Keys and create one with Admin/Read access.
Once your Client ID and Client Secret has been saved by clicking Finish Installation, your integration between Teamtailor and PerformanSe is complete!
Set up the workflow on Teamtailor
You can set up the PerformanSe trigger and send candidates your chosen campaign test suite automatically when a candidate card reaches the chosen stage.
To add a trigger:
Click on the triggers tab under applications in a chosen Job.
Go to a stage where you want the event to happen.
Click the plus button ✚ to add the trigger.
Language for the test to be taken in (this can be changed by the candidate when they take the test)
Time candidate has to complete the tests
Now every time you move a candidate to this stage, it will tell PerformanSe to send your chosen Campaigns assessments to the candidate. If you would like to add more than one campaign, please create another trigger with a different campaign selected.
You will also see on the candidates card in Teamtailor now has a status of "Sent" under the name PerformanSe.
Once the candidate has completed the assessments, on the candidate card under PerformanSe, you will now see a status of Completed with the available reports for your viewing.
Q: How come I can't see any campaigns available when I create a trigger?
A: Make sure you have set up at least one campaign within your PerformanSe account before activating the trigger.
Q: If a candidate says they don't receive an email with the tests or if no link is provided to take the assessments.
A: Ask candidates to confirm it hasn't been directed to their spam folder. If not try activating the trigger again. Otherwise contact PerformanSe directly to check why the email was not sent.
