Seamlessly integrate skills testing into your Teamtailor recruitment workflow.
You can connect TestGorilla to your Teamtailor account to automate candidate assessments. This integration allows you to send invitations directly from a job stage and view scores and PDF reports without leaving Teamtailor.
Set up the integration
This integration uses a guided setup flow. You will need to be an Admin in both TestGorilla and Teamtailor to complete these steps.
In TestGorilla:
Click your name in the top right corner and select Integrations.
Locate the Teamtailor integration and click Enable.
A pop-up will appear to start the integration setup. On the first screen, click the Continue button.
On the second screen, copy the activation key provided in the TestGorilla setup screen.
Keep your TestGorilla setup window open.
In Teamtailor:
Go to the Marketplace in Teamtailor, find TestGorilla, and click Activate.
Paste the Activation Token provided in the TestGorilla setup screen.
Finalize:
Return to the TestGorilla setup window and click Continue.
You will see a "Connection set up successfully" message.
A new pop-up will appear to enable PDF result syncing. Click the toggle to enable it.
Your setup is now complete.
Use the integration
Once connected, you can automate invitations by adding triggers to your jobs.
Add an assessment to TeamTailor
Here we describe how to set up a trigger that will automatically deliver the assessment to the candidate’s email. To do so:
Go to the Jobs section and select a job.
Click on the Triggers icon at the stage where you want the assessment to be sent (e.g., "Assessment" or "Interview").
Click Add trigger and select TestGorilla: Send invitation.
Select the specific TestGorilla assessment you want to use for this job.
Click Add trigger to save.
Now, whenever you move a candidate into this stage, they will automatically receive their invitation email.
Review results
You can monitor a candidate's progress and results directly on their profile in Teamtailor.
Status Tags: You will see tags indicating if a candidate has been Invited, Started, or Completed the assessment.
Score Summary: Once completed, the candidate's average percentage score will appear in the Custom Fields or Notes section.
Full Report: A link to the candidate's PDF report will be attached to their profile. Click this to see detailed score breakdowns and anti-cheating snapshots.
Disable the integration
In TestGorilla, go to the Integrations tab.
Find Teamtailor and click Disable.
In Teamtailor, go to Settings > Marketplace activations, find TestGorilla, and select Deactivate.
