When we create our social media ads we base the creative off of the images attached to the Teamtailor ad. However, if you wish to use your own image/video for your ads you're of course free to do so. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to do this:
Email your image/video to promote@teamtailor.com and explain what role these assets refer to.
Choose your package and place your order in Promote and mention in the "Other Information" field that you've sent us the assets that you wish to use for the ad.
We will get back to you with a preview of how the ad looks, giving you the opportunity to tell us if there's something you wish to change before the ad goes live.
