Why can't I see the chat?
The support chat icon is easily accessible in the downright corner when logged in to your Teamtailor account.
If you can't see the support chat, it might be because you haven't accepted the Functional cookies in the app. These are required for the chat service (Intercom) to work.
To ensure this, click Your account
Under the Settings section, scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and click Cookie preferences.
In the pop-up window click on Settings to display the different cookies.
Ensure the functional cookies are enabled and click Accept selected.
If the functional cookies are already enabled, it might be something in your browser that is blocking the chat. Please reach out to us in the support team via support@teamtailor.com and we'll help you!
