A public applicant list (Offentlig Søkerliste) contains the information of all those who have applied for a position specifically in the public sector.
This list is public and available to anyone who wishes to see it. It aims to ensure an open and fair hiring process and prevent favoritism and hidden agendas by allowing anyone to see who has applied for a position.
Mandatory fields and how to collect the information
To complete a Public applicant list, certain information must be included.
Age/Alder (Mandatory)
Gender/Kjønn (Mandatory)
Municipality of residence/Postnummer og sted (Mandatory)
Do you wish to be excluded from the public applicant list/Søker du unntak fra offentligheten? (Mandatory)
If yes, state the reason for why you wish to be excluded from the public applicant list/Om ja, oppgi begrunnelse for ønske om unntak fra offentlig søkeliste (Optional)
To later be able to export this information, you must first collect the information from the customer. This should be done in the application form. When you create the job in the tab called Application.
To ensure that no question is skipped, select the question as Mandatory.
How to export your Public applicant list
Head over to Analytics → Custom reports. Here, click on the pink plus sign to create a new report.
From there, select Snapshot report → Job applications. You can then customize which fields you wish to export. To add the questions/answers you asked in the application form, click on the plus and search for the question you wish to export.
Once all questions are added, click Finish editing → Save report. You can then Export as CSV.
