A Company Admin user needs to activate Co-pilot in the Add-on feature center to get started.
Once activated, the Flag discriminating questions feature can be toggled on/off under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Job ad creation.
Discriminatory questions
When creating or editing questions in Teamtailor, Co-pilot will help identify questions that may be discriminatory by detecting references to the following sensitive personal characteristics:
Age
Citizenship
Color / Race
Disability
Ethnicity
Family Status
Gender Identity
Genetic Information
Marital Status
Nationality
Political Affiliation
Pregnancy
Religion
Sexual Orientation
Veteran Status
Once the question is created or changes are made, a message will appear explaining why the question may be considered discriminatory. You can then choose to proceed or edit the question to help ensure a fair candidate experience.
When using our Multiple languages feature, Co-pilot reviews all added translations to help detect potentially discriminatory questions in any language.
