Under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Candidate management, toggle on Ask Co-pilot:

Co-pilot helps you quickly find all the information about a candidate in one place.

You can ask about anything related to the data on the candidate card — such as meeting notes, comments, or transcripts.

It helps you find what you’re looking for without searching through multiple places and provides concise summaries to save you time.

Chat with Co-pilot

Once this feature is enabled, you will see an Ask Co-pilot button at the top of a candidate card view. Click it to open the chat with Co-pilot!

Ask questions

You can ask Co-pilot anything you’d like to know about the candidate.

At the beginning of the job process, you might want a summary of the candidate’s background and experience based on their job application. Later in the process, you could use it to identify what was discussed during an interview and ensure everything important was covered.

After each generated response, you can copy it and leave feedback to help us improve Co-pilot.
