A Company Admin user needs to activate Co-pilot in the Add-on feature center to get started.
Once activated, the Ask Co-pilot feature can be toggled on/off under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Candidate insights.
Co-pilot helps you quickly find all the information about a candidate in one place.
You can ask about anything related to the data on the candidate card, such as meeting notes, comments, or transcripts.
It helps you find what you’re looking for without searching through multiple places and provides concise summaries to save you time.
Chat with Co-pilot
Once this feature is enabled, you will see an Ask Co-pilot button at the top of a candidate card view. Click it to open the chat with Co-pilot!
Ask questions
You can ask Co-pilot anything you’d like to know about the candidate.
At the beginning of the job process, you might want a summary of the candidate’s background and experience based on their job application. Later in the process, you could use it to identify what was discussed during an interview and ensure everything important was covered.
Click one of the suggested prompts shown above the text box or write your own.
After each generated response, you can ask follow-up questions or copy Co-pilot's response.

Please note! Co-pilot will only use data that the user has access to, based on their access level and permissions within the platform.
Conversation history
The conversations with Co-pilot will only be visible to you. They will not be shown to your team or the candidate.
At the top, you can initiate new conversations or re-access previous ones. To remove a conversation, simply click Delete at the top.
