A Company Admin user needs to activate Co-pilot in the Add-on feature center to get started.
Once activated, the Chart block builder feature can be toggled on/off under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Analytics.
Create charts faster with Co-pilot in the custom reports editor. Describe the insights you want to visualize, and Co-pilot will generate a relevant chart for you. You will also get suggestions for additional charts to help you explore related data.
Create a custom historic report
Start by heading to Analytics → Custom reports and create a new historic custom report. You can choose either a prefilled template, individual charts, or a blank report. Once created, you’ll enter the report editing mode, where you can start generating charts with Co-pilot.
Generate chart
Click + Add chart and describe the data you want to visualize, along with your preferred chart type. Co-pilot will automatically generate a chart based on your request.
If you’d like to explore other options, you can either click Remove to start over or replace the chart with one of the suggested alternatives displayed on the right-hand side.

Once you’ve found a chart you’d like to use, click Add to include it in your report and make any adjustments or refinements you need.
