Publish jobs on Jobnet

How to promote your job postings on Jobnet

Activation

  1. Get an OCES3 certificate : To publish job ads on Jobnet, you need an OCES3 certificate, which must be named using your company name followed by your CVR number.

  2. Once you have installed the certificate, please send us the following information:

    1. Certificate name

    2. Serial number

      Please share them with the Teamtailor Support Team via the chat bubble in the bottom right corner or support@teamtailor.com.

    The reason this process needs to go through Teamtailor is that we have entered into an integration agreement with the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment (STAR). As part of this agreement, we are required to verify that you are a Teamtailor customer.

    Once this has been confirmed, we will forward the information above to STAR, who will set up the access for you based on the details provided in your certificate.

    A challenging part can be often finding the serial number, as it is quite common to mistakenly provide the certificate number instead. The above link contains a description of how to locate the correct serial number.

    Please also note that STAR reviews the job advertisements to ensure compliance with Danish legislation. Further information can be found in STAR's Quality Assurance document, available on the STAR website:

  3. Once you have initiated this process you can start by heading over to the Marketplace in Teamtailor. Under the Channels section, select Jobnet and click Activate.

  4. You will then be taken to the configuration page under Settings → Integrations → Marketplace activations → Jobnet. You do not have to take any action here:

Promote a job to Jobnet

Once you receive confirmation from our Teamtailor Support Team that your integration is successfully activated, you can head over to the job in question and click the Promote tab.

Scroll down to the Activated job boards section and click on Jobnet and follow the process here.

  2. The approval of their job advertisements is based on the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment's Quality Assurance Document which is available on the STAR website https://star.dk/, Click here
