How to get started
To enable the integration, you need to have an agreement with Soolv. If you do not have one in place, start by reaching out to your contact person at Soolv or use the support email address and Soolv will help you. Then, you are ready to set up the integration. You can see here how to set up the integration on Soolv's side.
Start with activating Soolv in your Teamtailor Marketplace
You will now be automatically redirected to your settings. If you want to go there manually, follow the following steps:
You can head to your Teamtailor platform -> Settings -> Marketplace activations -> Soolv.
As always, don't forget to click "update".
You have now connected your systems and can continue with activating the integration.
How to use the integration
The integration with Soolv works two ways, via a trigger or manually for an individual candidate.
How to use the trigger method:
Adding a trigger means that you can automate the process of activating the integration for any candidate moved to a specific stage of your job process.
Once you have activated triggers in your platform, you will be able to find a new trigger called "Send Soolv Webhook" that you can add to any stage. When setting this up, you can add some first settings or finish the set-up by clicking on "Add trigger".
As soon as a candidate is moved to this stage, the information will be sent to Soolv.
How to send a candidate without a trigger
Head to a candidate that you want to send to Soolv. In the candidate card you can click on "More" on the bottom of the card and then "Add integrations":
Select "Send Soolv webhook" and set up how the candidate should be sent.
What happens next?
Once the trigger is configured, all candidates will be sent to Soolv and you can use Soolvs screening functionality.
Your Soolv representative will help you configure the assessment in Soolv.
The result of the assessment will be sent back to Teamtailor and visible on the candidate card:
