Sprout Solutions is a leading HR platform, and Teamtailor's integration lets you automatically send new hires from Teamtailor into Sprout Solutions as part of your onboarding process. Once a candidate is hired in Teamtailor, their information and documents are sent to Sprout Solutions so your HR team can pick up onboarding without re-entering data.

Getting started in Teamtailor
To enable the integration between Sprout Solutions and Teamtailor, you connect your existing Sprout Solutions account to Teamtailor through our Marketplace page. Head over to the marketplace in the Teamtailor application, search for "Sprout Solutions", and click Activate:
Add the requested details in the fields and click on "Update" to set up the integration:
Your "Workflow ID" is fetched from your Sprout Solutions account when logged in to the Sprout Solutions HR System platform.
Set up the workflow in Teamtailor
The Candidate is automatically sent to Sprout Solutions via a trigger you add to a stage in the recruitment process:
In the drop-down list of triggers, select "Send Sprout Solutions webhook" and configure the trigger in the module:
Once you're done with configuring the Sprout Solutions webhook, click on "Add trigger" to finalize the setup.
