Overview
Nibelis is a leading HR platform, and Teamtailor's integration lets you automatically send new hires from Teamtailor into Nibelis as part of your onboarding process. Once a candidate is hired in Teamtailor, their information and documents are sent to Nibelis so your HR team can continue the onboarding process without re-entering data.
Getting started in Teamtailor
To enable the integration between Nibelis and Teamtailor, you connect your existing Nibelis account to Teamtailor through our Marketplace page. Head over to the marketplace in the Teamtailor application, search for "Nibelis", and click Activate:
Add the requested details in the fields and click on "Update" to set up the integration:
Under "Show advanced settings" you'll find all of the required candidate data fields that need to be sent over to Nibelis in order for the Employee profile to be created. You can link a Teamtailor custom field to the data field by selecting it in the drop-down list. If you don't already have a custom field for a specific data field you can click on "Create custom field" and a custom field will automatically be created and properly mapped:
Set up the workflow in Teamtailor
The Candidate is automatically sent to Nibelis via a trigger you add to a stage in the recruitment process:
In the drop-down list of triggers, select "Send Nibelis webhook" and configure the trigger in the module:
Once you're done with configuring the Buk webhook, click on "Add trigger" to finalize the setup.
