Overview
SD Worx Cobra is a payroll and HR platform, and Teamtailor's integration lets you automatically send new hires from Teamtailor into SD Worx Cobra as part of your onboarding process. Once a candidate is hired in Teamtailor, their employee information is sent to SD Worx Cobra so your HR and payroll team can pick up onboarding without re-entering data.
Getting started in Teamtailor
To enable the integration between SD Worx Cobra and Teamtailor, you connect your existing SD Worx Cobra account to Teamtailor through our Marketplace page. Head over to the marketplace in the Teamtailor application, search for "SD Worx Cobra", and click Activate:
Add the requested details in the fields and click on "Update" to set up the integration:
Client ID: Client ID of the application registered in the SD Worx Cobra developer portal.
Client Secret: Client Secret of the application registered in the SD Worx Cobra developer portal.
Cobra API URL: The API address of your Cobra environment, e.g. https://api.cobra.sdworx.com.
Set up the workflow in Teamtailor
The Candidate is automatically sent to SD Worx Cobra via a trigger you add to a stage in the recruitment process:
Select the SD Worx Cobra company in the drop-down (The Cobra company the new hire will be registered under.)
Once you're done with configuring the SD Worx Cobra webhook, click on "Add trigger" to finalize the setup.
What data is shared
The following candidate fields are sent from Teamtailor to SD Worx Cobra:
First Name
Last Name
Address
Birth DateBSN/Tax Number
Employment Date
Department
Email
Phone
Cost Center
If you don't already have a Teamtailor custom field that can be mapped to the SD Worx Cobra data field you can click "Create custom field" in the drop-down and a new custom field will automatically be created and mapped to the data field.
