By activating the Endalia integration, you'll be able to add triggers that automatically send (hired) candidates from Teamtailor into Endalia.

Getting started in Teamtailor
To enable the integration between Endalia and Teamtailor, you connect your existing Endalia account to Teamtailor through our Marketplace page.
First things first: collect your Client ID and Client Secret via Endalia support: servicioaclientes@endalia.com. In case your Endalia environment is on a single tenant environment, you need to collect your host URL too.
Then go to your Teamtailor account and search for Endalia in the marketplace.
Step 1. Activate Endalia in the marketplace of the Teamtailor application
You will be redirected to the activations page in your Teamtailor settings where you can add your Endalia client ID, client secret, and optionally a custom host URL.
Step 2. Add your Endalia client ID, secret and host URL
Note: the required fields on the candidate card for the Endalia integration are first name, last name, Card ID and Start-Date. Without these fields the integration will return an error.
Card-ID (number type field) and Start-Date (date type field) are custom fields that need to be created manually in your Teamtailor account. You can find instructions here!

Set up the trigger in Teamtailor
Now the integration is activated you can head over to one of your jobs in Teamtailor. From the applications view, you should click on the Triggers symbol (1).
Select the stage from which you want the transfer to trigger by clicking the ➕ (2) in that stage. Candidates that are moved to this stage will be automatically transferred into the onboarding stage of Endalia. From Endalia you can turn the candidate into an employee.
Select Send Endalia webhook to add the trigger.
Using the integration
Candidates that are moved to the stage where the Endalia trigger is added will be automatically transferred to Endalia. On the candidate card in Teamtailor you will see if the transfer is completed.
In Endalia you will find the new hire in the 'candidate section', and you can start the onboarding of the employee.
How to use custom fields and the question-feature
The integration supports several (required or optional) fields that can be transferred into Endalia. Moreover, the integration also transfers the resume of the candidate into the document section of Endalia. Some fields can be transferred either via a custom field or by using questions. In the table below you will find the complete list.
In all cases the custom field is leading, and will overwrite data collected via questions.
1. Custom fields needs to be created in your Teamtailor account. You can find instructions here!
2. Within Teamtailor you can also set-up questions to ask to candidates, as a way to collect information. These questions and answers show on the candidate card. For example by asking the question 'What is your favourite number?' the answer can be transferred to the 'favourite-number' field in Endalia.
It's important to precisely plan the mapping of the questions in Teamtailor to the fields in Endalia.
The 'TT question key word' as given in the table below must occur in the Teamtailor question in order to map it to the correct field in Endalia. For example, if favourite-number needs to be mapped, the question in Teamtailor should include the text 'favourite number'.
There shouldn't be multiple questions using the same key words, otherwise the data might be transferred to the wrong fields.
