Overview
JetHR is a payroll and HR platform built for Italian companies, and Teamtailor's integration lets you automatically send new hires from Teamtailor into JetHR as part of your onboarding process. Once a candidate is hired in Teamtailor, their employee information is sent to JetHR so your HR and payroll team can pick up onboarding without re-entering data. You can also push a candidate to JetHR directly from the candidate card.
Getting started in Teamtailor
To enable the integration between JetHR and Teamtailor, you connect your existing JetHR account to Teamtailor through our Marketplace page. Head over to the marketplace in the Teamtailor application, search for "JetHR", and click Activate.
Add the requested details in the fields and click "Update" to set up the integration:
API Key: The API key from your JetHR account. To generate one, log in to JetHR, go to "Impostazioni azienda" ("Company settings"), then "API", and create a new key.
Set up the workflow in Teamtailor
The candidate is automatically sent to JetHR via a trigger you add to a stage in the recruitment process. Once you're done configuring the JetHR trigger, click "Add trigger" to finalize the setup.
You can also push a candidate to JetHR manually at any point by using the option on the candidate card.
What data is shared
The following candidate fields are sent from Teamtailor to JetHR:
First Name
Last Name
Phone
Email
Documents (offer documents)
Custom fields covering:
Personal data
Contact data
Contract data: job title, job level, work location, manager, start date, gross annual salary
If you don't already have a Teamtailor custom field that can be mapped to a JetHR data field, you can create one and map it directly from the marketplace activation settings under "Show advanced settings":
