Every published Teamtailor job is sent to Indeed and Glassdoor for free. Turn on Indeed Apply and candidates can apply without leaving Indeed, while their applications land straight in Teamtailor.
This integration is activated on your account by default. Your account needs to be live for the activation to start working. 💡
If you do not want to use this integration, you are able to deactivate it in your settings.
Before you start
Check these before you turn on Indeed Apply:
Your Teamtailor account is live. Jobs are only sent to Indeed once your career site is live.
Your jobs are published and have a location added. Drafts, internal jobs and unlisted jobs are not sent. At least one location is needed for this integration to work.
You have an Indeed employer account. You need the email address linked to it.
You are a Teamtailor admin. Only admins can change Marketplace settings.
Your job locations include the full country name. For example "Spain", not "ES".
Internships show a salary. Indeed requires a salary on internship jobs. Add it with the salary field.
How publishing to Indeed works
You don't need to set anything up to appear on Indeed. The Indeed + Glassdoor Job Posting integration is turned on automatically when your Teamtailor account is created.
You publish a job in Teamtailor.
Teamtailor adds it to the job feed that Indeed reads.
Indeed reviews the job and publishes it on Indeed.
When you unpublish or archive the job, it drops out of the feed and is removed from Indeed.
New jobs and changes can take up to 72 hours to show on Indeed. To check which jobs Indeed has, search for your company on Indeed Company Pages.
Indeed's free posting limits, such as a set number of free jobs per company, don't apply to jobs posted through Teamtailor. Teamtailor is a certified Indeed ATS partner.

Turn on Indeed Apply
Indeed Apply is off by default. To turn it on:
Go to Settings > Integrations > Marketplace Activations.
Open Indeed + Glassdoor.
Tick the Indeed direct apply box:
Enter the email address linked to your Indeed employer account.
Click Save.
The setting applies to every job you publish to Indeed, including jobs you sponsor through Indeed Sponsored Ads. Expect the change to take up to 72 hours to show on Indeed.
To turn Indeed Apply off again, untick the same box. Candidates will then be redirected to the job on your career site again.
What to expect once Indeed Apply is on
Candidates will now be able to apply directly from Indeed, without being redirected to the job ad on your Teamtailor career site.
