If you have two candidate profiles and want to merge them into one, you can do this easily with our Merge candidates feature.

If the system identifies two or more candidates with matching email addresses or phone numbers, you will get an option to merge the profiles. Simply click Fix this and you're on your way. 

When merging the candidates, you decide which profile is the Primary candidate. This is the profile that will be saved, and where the additional data from the other candidate will be added to. 

If there are any conflicting data in the profiles, the primary profile's data will be selected and kept.  

❗ Please note that it is not possible to unmerge the profiles!

You can also merge candidates manually in your candidate database under Candidates, or in a job process. Enable the Bulk select (1) and select the candidates you want to merge (2). Click the three dots in the lower menu and then Merge (3).

And just like that, the profiles are merged and you'll have one candidate profile instead of several.
