Uploading your company logos strengthens your employer branding and builds trust with candidates. The logos will appear at the top of your career site and when communicating with candidates through email.

Upload your logotypes

Start by heading over to Global design in Content.

At the top of the page, you'll find the Logotypes section. There are three types of logotype settings available: Default, Optional, and Favicon.

Default logotype

The logo provided here is the default logotype. It will be used for external communication, including emails and some external promotions, so ensure it looks good against a white background.

The logo will also be visible on every page the candidate navigates on the career site, providing an option to click on it and easily return to the Home page.

Optional logotype

You can also upload an optional logotype, which will only appear on your career site and won’t be used in any external communication. This is ideal if you for eg. plan to use a white logo on your career site.

On the right-hand side of the page, when viewing your global design, you’ll see a helpful preview of how your logos will look on a white/grey background.

Favicon

A favicon is an icon that represents your career site, displayed in the browser's address bar. Usually, this is your logotype or the logotype of the service you're using.

You can use your own favicon on your career site by uploading your own image or by clicking the Get favicon from website button. This will automatically sync the favicon from the link you’ve added under the Website field in your Footer block on your Home page.

Logotype placement

You can choose to have the logotype centered at the top of your career site or aligned to the left or right. To adjust the logo placement, go to Content and then the Home page. From there, open the Header & Navigation block and click Adjustments. You’ll then be able to choose whether you want the logo positioned Center, Left, or Right.
