JobTeaser is a fast-growing start-up that aims to streamline the recruitment of young talent. They've developed a unique platform to bring together students, companies, and universities from across Europe, and are the first platform to be directly integrated into the intranets of the most prestigious universities in Europe.
To activate this integration, you need to contact JobTeaser at jtpartner@jobteaser.com to obtain your company ID.
Once you obtain the ID, head over to Teamtailor Marketplace to find the channel.
Once the activation is initiated, fill out the Company ID and click Activate.
Then, go to the job in question and click Promote and select JobTeaser.
A simple form will need to be filled out to categorize the ad correctly. Once set up, click the Publish button to send it over to JobTeaser.
Activating Direct Apply (Simplified Application) with ATS Sync
JobTeaser also offers a "Simplified Application + ATS Sync" feature, which lets applicants apply to your jobs in just a few clicks without leaving the JobTeaser platform. Once enabled, matching job ads (matched via reference ID or job title) are automatically converted into "Simplified Application" listings, and JobTeaser transmits the application data directly into Teamtailor via a secure API connection.
Requirements:
For this to work, you'll need to provide JobTeaser with a Teamtailor API key that has Admin scope with both Read and Write access. To create this key:
Go to Settings in the top right corner.
Navigate to Integrations > API keys, and click "NEW API KEY."
Give the key a name, select the Admin scope, and check both Read and Write.
Copy the generated key and share it with JobTeaser to complete the connection.
Note: only Teamtailor admins can access the API Keys menu. If you don't see this option under Settings, you'll need to ask your company's Teamtailor admin to either create the key or grant you admin access. More information about API here.
