When working your magic in the content editor, all your changes will be saved as a draft before going live. This gives you the chance to preview and review every update to make sure it looks alright before you show it to the world.

Any time you make an update and hit save, the unpublished change is left for you to review and then publish. By clicking Review and publish in your content editor, you will be able to see exactly which updates have been made, select which pages to update, and even view the specific changes. Select the changes you wish to publish and hit publish!

When editing content on a specific page, this unpublished change will also be indicated by a small blue circle in the bottom left corner of your editor. To publish these changes, simply click the arrow.

Discard changes

If you are unhappy with the update made, you also have the option to discard the page changes. Simply head over to the page in question (easily accessible by clicking View in the publish change window in the content overview). Here, blick the three dots in the left corner and then Discard page changes.

Preview your page before publishing

All updates made will be displayed in your content editor, but you can also view the changes on a preview version of your career site. Access the preview page by clicking the three dots at the bottom of the page, and clicking Preview page.

To visit the live version of your career site (the one that your visitors see), click Visit page.
