Getting started
To enable the integration between Codility and Teamtailor, you have to activate it from our Marketplace page. Head over to Marketplace→Codility and click Activate. Our Customer Success team will ask you to provide the API key from your Codility account
You will have to create a new set of API keys. Click My Account→ Integrations, and create new custom integration
Set up the trigger in Teamtailor
You can set up the Codility trigger to send tests automatically to each candidate that reaches it.
To add the trigger, go to the stage where you want the event to happen. There, click the Trigger wand (1) and add it to the stage you want by clicking ✚ Add trigger (2). Here you select Codility.
Select Send test, then pick test name and email template that will be used to invite candidates. Every time you move a candidate to this stage the new session will be created. In config, you can also set the "Move candidate when complete" option, which will allow you to move the candidate after receiving the results.
Manually send the candidate
You will also have the option of manually sending the candidate to Codility. To do so, go into the candidate page, click three dots on top, then go to the integrations panel and choose Codility.
After test will successfully be created and sent to the candidate you will see the status on the candidate's view
When candidate will finish the test, you will see this status changed. The score will be presented in details, on the circle
The Codelive whiteboard mode
You can set up a new whiteboard session for the candidate, by clicking:
three dots→integrations→Codelive on the candidate view
You will be prompt to select the date and time of planned session, and if you would like us to send the invitation email for you.
On the candidate view, you will get a new result from Codelive with a short summary, link to the session, and access code.
