CV-Online is not only one of the leading job portals but also one of the leading recruitment partners in the Baltics.
To activate it you need to provide an API key. You can retrieve existing API key or create a new one if you go to Company→Company Settings→API key. Once you obtain it you need to fill it in form activation. You can find detailed instruction on how to activate channel in Teamtailor here:

After activation, you can go to the job view and click "promote".
When you choose CV-Online Estonia/Lithuania/Latvia you will see a simple form. The job ad will appear just after you click the "publish" button.
