In this article, you will find all the steps you need to complete in order to publish your jobs on Le Forem from Teamtailor.
Le Forem is a major public employment and training service in Belgium. By activating this integration, you can effortlessly push your open roles directly from Teamtailor onto their platform.
How to activate Le Forem
Please note that activating this integration requires a Company Admin role in your Teamtailor account.
Step 1: Request your credentials from Le Forem
Before you can configure the integration inside Teamtailor, you must complete Le Forem's onboarding process to receive your API access:
Head over to Le Forem's registration form and fill out the online request.
The teams at Le Forem will review your request and generate a subscription key intended for their test environment at first.
You will receive an email containing a password-protected ZIP file containing your test subscription key, your Partner code, and a separate text message (SMS) providing the password to unlock the ZIP archive.
Step 2: Set up the integration in Teamtailor
Once you have your Partner code and initial subscription key ready:
In your Teamtailor dashboard, navigate to the Marketplace and search for Le Forem.
Click on the Le Forem card and select Activate.
You will be redirected to the activation settings window. Here, you must fill out the required credentials provided by the job board:
Le Forem Partner code
Le Forem API key
Click Save to enable the channel.
Testing & Certification Process
Before your jobs can go live on the production platform, Le Forem requires a mandatory data quality check.
Promote 10 test Jobs: You will first need to promote at least 10 jobs to Le Forem to the test environment.
Quality Control: Le Forem's team will manually audit the layout and content quality of these 10 jobs:
If Le Forem approves your tests: You will be issued a brand-new Le Forem API key. Head back to Settings → Integrations → Marketplace activations → Le Forem and replace the current test API key with the new one to start posting live jobs.
If changes are required: The job board will reach out with feedback on what needs to be amended in your jobs. You will need to make the necessary adjustments in Teamtailor and submit a few more test promotions for review until the feed is officially approved.

Publishing your jobs on Le Forem
Now that your integration is fully certified and switched over to the production environment, you are ready to start promoting!
Head over to the Promote tab of any published job in your Teamtailor account.
Locate Le Forem under your activated job boards and click on it.
Fill out the required information in the promotion form to successfully post your job.
Click the pink Publish button in the bottom right corner. Your job ad will be pushed directly to Le Forem! 🚀
FAQ
Can candidates apply directly from Le Forem, or are they redirected to our career site?
Candidates will view the description on Le Forem and be seamlessly redirected back to your Teamtailor application form to complete their job application.
Can I remove the the job from Le Forem?
If you unlist, archive, or delete the job inside Teamtailor, the promotion will automatically be taken down from Le Forem. You can also manually unpublish the promotion by heading back to the job's Promote tab, clicking on the ongoing promotion, and choosing to unpublish the ad.
