Planier makes shift management easy. The software covers everything from employee scheduling and shift planning, to processing of working hours. Planier improves the way companies collect, manage and process working time-related data by providing ready-to-use software that is easy to use for anyone.


The Integration works with triggers in Teamtailor. The trigger must be set in the stage where the candidate has been moved to for that particular job. Once the trigger is activated, the information of the candidate will be sent to Planier as an employee and the employee will receive credentials for the employee part of Planier.

Getting started

To use the integration, you must already be using Planier.

Find and select Planier from the marketplace section in Teamtailor, and click on the activate button.

In the activation form, there are 2 fields:

1. Company name

2. Integration key

The company name must be the exact same name which is in your planier URL. For example, if the URL is https://mycompany.planier.net, “mycompany” must be written in that field.

The integration key is automatically filled by Teamtailor and that key must be sent to the customer service of Planier. Once that key is delivered and set by Planier, the integration is ready to use.
