What can you use the app for?
The mobile app is perfect for staying on top of your recruitment processes directly from your phone. The app is built around the possibility to handle ongoing recruitments and communicate with your candidates. Therefore the mobile app doesn’t support the entire Teamtailor platform. Let’s look into the possibilities with the app!
Manage your ongoing recruitment processes
When logged into the app, you have the option to manage the ongoing processes. This gives you the option to view published jobs, as well as their pipelines. The option to manage your candidate’s applications even makes it possible for you to hire your next colleague directly from your phone!
Communicate with your candidates
Great candidate management starts with an even better candidate communication. This is why you can write and read all messages from your candidates directly in the app. You will be able to activate push notifications, to make sure you don’t miss out on the next great hire!
Schedule and join meetings
From the Teamtailor app you can also schedule and join meetings with your candidate. In the calendar tab, you’ll see an overview of all upcoming (and past) meetings, and you will see the details of each invitation (such as team members joining, candidate's answer, as well as the potential link to the video meeting).
View and share your Team stories
Using the Teamtailor app, your team can create their own content, sharing what it’s like working at your company. These stories will be visible to all team members that use the Teamtailor app, and will also be available to use for up-to-date content on your career site. As an admin user, you’ll also be able to administer the stories and decide which ones you want to use on your career page/s.
