A Company Admin user needs to activate Co-pilot in the Add-on feature center to get started.

Once activated, the Resume summaries feature can be toggled on/off under Settings → Recruitment → Co-pilot → Candidate insights.

With this feature, Co-pilot automatically summarises all incoming resumes by displaying a 5-point bullet list on the candidate profile. If a candidate has a job application it will match the resume with the job description and emphasize the skills mentioned there and also sometimes include missing competencies.

  • Co-pilot generates the summary in the company's default language

  • The summary will not include identifying details about the candidate, such as name, email address, gender, etc.

  • When a candidate has multiple job applications, the most recent CV uploaded will be summarized, based on the latest job they applied for.

Only resumes added to the system while this Co-pilot feature is active will get summarised automatically. Previous resumes will have a button available where they can be generated manually.

If you are using Career sites in multiple languages it will summarize the resume based on the chosen job ad language of the job the candidate last applied for.

If not, it will use the company's career site language chosen under Settings → Content → Career site.
