A favicon is an icon that represents your career site, displayed in the browser's address bar. Usually, this is your logotype or the logotype of the service you're using. 

Of course, you can use your own favicon on your career site! And it's super simple. Open up your Content editor and click the brush in the top right corner. This opens your career site’s Global design. Here, in the menu, you scroll down until you see Favicon, which is where you upload your icon.

By clicking the Get favicon from website button, you will automatically initiate a favicon sync from the website you’ve added to your Footer block. Isn’t that cool?
